Annual Fund Drive
Many of you have received letters regarding the Annual Fund Drive. With $150,000 goal, we will be using the money to replace tow new HVAC units that have been outliving their life expectancy for several years and the Parish Center roof, which is cracked and leaking (it too has outlived its life expectancy). These donations will also go toward operating expenses of the parish not covered by Sunday contributions and other maintance expenses.
Every contribution, no matter how small or large, makes a difference in our parish family. If you would like to contribute to the Annual Fund Drive through online giving, please click here. For any questions, please call the Parish Office or email us at stjohns@stjohnsdr.org.
We are so blessed to have such a beautiful Chruch to worship in and a lovely campus for all of our activities. Thank you for insuring St. John's will be here to serve your family for many more generations to come. -

Families of Faith: our service day at Matthew 25: Ministries has been canceled due to the winter weather. We may look to reschedule at a later date. Be safe and enjoy some time with your family in the snow!

First Communion 2019
Sacramental Formation for First Communion is about to begin! If you have not registered, please do so using this link. The session schedule is as follows:
All Formation Sessions are held in the Church.
Parent Meeting: January 27, 7:00 pm
Session 1: February 6, 7-8 pm
Commitment Weekend: February 9 & 10, at all Masses
Session 2: February 20, 7-8 pm
Session 3: March 13, 7-8 pm
Session 4: March 20, 7-8 pm
Retreat: April 6, 10am-12 pm
Pictures & Practice: May 1, 7-8:30 pm
First Communions at 4:30, 8:30, and 11:00 Masses the weekends of May 4th & 5th and May 11th & 12th. -

Vintage & Thrifty... A Night of Teal
Join our community in a fight against cancer. Marysusan Vinskey is the proud mother of 3 and wife to John, a Fairfield City k-9 police officer and SWAT team member. Diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2015, she was in remission until her cancer returned six months ago.

Tony's Fight on the Court
Tony's Fight is back, but this time we're rallying for the Eshman family. 3-year-old Josie Eshman has been diagosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare cancer that develops in the soft tissue. With a sheduled 67-week radiation & chemo combination therapy, little Josie needs our support.
Tony's Fight on the Court will take place on Saturday, March 2 at 4:00pm at La Salle High School. The cost is $20 per player.
