Also called the Sacrament of Penance, Reconciliation is an act of repentence. By reflecting upon our sins, confessing them with the intent of turning away from those sins, and making reparations, we are able to receive God's grace and forgiveness.
Students in the second grade may begin preparing to receive this sacrament for the first time. Please register under the main Sacraments tab. Second graders wishing to receive First Holy Communion must receive First Reconciliation.
Students already enrolled in Formed In Faith do not need to do anything additional. Sacramental preparation will be included in Sunday religious education.

Communal Reconciliation Services are offered during the seasons of Advent and Lent. These services rotate among our pastoral area parishes: Corpus Christi, St. John Neumann, and our parish here at St. John the Baptist. Dates for these services will be posted during their seasons.
